Regional Account Manager

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team at Higgins Concrete. Based in Palmerston North, you’ll cover the Manawatu, Masterton, and Hawke’s Bay regions, reporting to the National Group Sales Manager with dotted-line support from local Regional Managers.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with regional teams to align sales strategies.

• Represent Higgins Concrete with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience in sales and new business development.

• Building Industry experience in is a plus.

• Organisation and structure with regards to your sales approach.

• Strong communication and tech-savvy skills.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in.

• Understanding of health and safety practices.
