ABOUT THE BOWL BLASTER

Higgins Concrete operates a water jet bowl cleaning unit branded as the Bowl Blaster.

The Ready Jet G3 Robotic Concrete Removal System has been specifically designed to remove dead, hardened build up from inside the ready mix bowl.

Benefits

-With the increase in strict weight limit enforcement, safety practices and sustainability are creating a higher demand for increased concrete truck bowl maintenance.

-Hardened concrete stuck inside bowls causes higher fuel consumption, a clean bowl could mean savings of $1000 or more per year per truck on fuel costs.

-There is no longer the risk of working in a confined space and being exposed to noise, falling debris, and silica respiratory dangers
