Manawatu Branch Manager

 

Reporting to the Central Regional Manager this role will be based at our Feilding plant and will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the 3 plants in the region, these being Te Matai, Feilding and Marton. Managing and retaining staff, HR, Health and Safety and having good customer skills.  The priority of this role is that we have a smooth operating region, while  maintaining customer satisfaction and great team culture.

Background and experience required:

• Concrete, Aggregates or Construction industry experience is preferable.
• An understanding of pricing within these markets.
• An unwavering commitment and attitude towards Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Standards.
