Project Manager

The Opportunity:

Lead the successful delivery of projects across HFHL’s Concrete, Aggregates, and Property businesses. This is a wide-ranging role spanning project pricing, logistics and plant planning, and property project management (new builds, alterations, and maintenance) from a client/principal perspective. You’ll operate with full autonomy, reporting to the General Manager, with a dotted line to Business Managers.


What you’ll do:

  • Price projects for concrete and aggregates to achieve strong commercial outcomes.

  • Plan logistics and plant utilisation to deliver projects on time, to budget, and to specification.

  • Manage property projects (new builds, alterations, maintenance) end-to-end from the client/principal viewpoint.

  • Drive continuous improvement, quality, and compliance across operations.

  • Build positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.


What you’ll bring:

  • Proven project management experience in building, construction or civil contracting.

  • Commercial acumen with strong financial management skills.

  • Advanced computer skills and confidence with digital tools.

  • Demonstrated planning and delivery capability for complex projects.

  • Solid understanding of Health & Safety practices.

  • Relevant technical/management qualification (or equivalent experience) and Class 1 licence.


Salary & benefits:

  • Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000 pa
