Purpose: Develop into a capable Branch / Operations Manager through hands-on operational experience and structured development as the “in-training” manager at the Hastings concrete plant — contributing to plant performance, leading the Health & Safety of the Branch, and working to our values.

Direct Reports: Concrete Truck Drivers, Batcher / Supervisor (developing leadership capability; leads Health & Safety at the Branch).

Reporting To: Regional Manager / Branch Manager.

Working Relationships: Branch/Regional Managers, Supervisors, Batchers & Despatchers, Technicians/Testers, Finance/Admin/HR, H&S, Technical, IT, QSE, customers, suppliers and contractors.

Qualifications: Working towards a relevant technical and/or management qualification or equivalent experience. Class 1 licence (loader / forklift endorsements an advantage or to be obtained).

Computer Skills: Email, Basic Excel, Word.
