We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Concrete Plant Supervisor to lead our team in Hawkes Bay, covering either Hastings or Waipukurau. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Regional Manager – Eastern.

The Concrete Plant Supervisor is responsible for the order taking, despatching, and batching functions at the plant.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven leadership experience in the construction industry

• Strong people management and team leadership skills

• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Effective time management and organisational skills

• Strong communication and customer service focus

• Experience in concrete batching and plant operations (preferred)

• Understanding of daily logistics and planning in a concrete plant environment

• Willingness to learn concrete testing procedures

• Physically agile and healthy

• Reliable and punctual

• Current driver’s licence (loader experience an advantage)

• WTR endorsement preferred
