We are currently seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and committed to building a fulfilling career pathway. No prior experience or specific skills are required for this unique position; however, you will need your full driver's licence.

This a full-time role, 40+ hours per week.

As a Cadet you will embark on a comprehensive training program to master the following skills for the three main fields in concrete production from our seasonal experts:  

• Batching/Production

• Concrete Technician

• Plant Maintenance and Optimisation
